About this service

This service may be used by customers wishing to make an enquiry in relation to an eligible infringement notice. In addition to an individual, a customer may include an authorised representative of a corporation responsible for the infringement notice.

An infringement notice will only be listed when it is eligible for an enquiry. The enquiry will be sent to the Government agency which has carriage of the notice at that time.
