Notify demerit points enforcement choice

This service allows you to choose an option for your licence once you have reached the demerit point limit.

Your options

• Licence suspension for a period of time
  - 3 months for provisional licence holders
  - the period varies for open licence holders (refer to your notice)
  
  —OR—
   
• Agree to a good driving behaviour period of 1 year
  (you must have a current Queensland licence to choose this option)

• Your driver licence number
• The notice number from the Accumulation of Demerit Points - Notice to Choose document we posted to you
