If your Photo ID or Proof of Age card doesn't have your address on it, you can use this service to request an address label to attach to your card.
If your Photo ID or Proof of Age card already has your address printed on it, you can use this service to request it be removed. A free replacement Photo ID card without your address on it will be sent to you.
You can only use this service if you hold a valid Photo ID or Proof of Age card; your card must still be current and you must have had a digital photo and digitised signature taken in the last 9 years.If you have applied an additional level of security you will need to enter extra details to access this service.
